
The Jos Food Festival will mark its fifth anniversary on Sunday, December 28, 2025, with a special Grill Fest edition at the Tamarald Event Centre in Jos, Plateau State, in partnership with Grand Pure Soya Oil as headline sponsor.
Organisers say this year’s edition will spotlight the art of grilling with live cooking stations, BBQ masterclasses, and culinary showcases that blend Middle Belt flavors with global techniques.
Since its debut, the festival has grown into a major culinary destination, attracting over 3,000 guests per edition and hosting more than 400 vendors from across Nigeria. It has become a meeting point for food lovers, families, culture enthusiasts, and brands.

This year’s lineup will include Nigerian chefs and grill masters offering cooking demonstrations, tasting sessions, and workshops.
From gourmet barbecue to vegetarian grills, organisers say the aim is to showcase the best of Nigerian culinary creativity.The partnership with Grand Pure Soya Oil highlights the festival’s effort to connect with health-conscious cooking while maintaining its appeal as a lifestyle event.
Attendees can also expect live entertainment, artisan markets, games, and the Grill Fest Afterparty
Festival Director, Elvis Katlong (Chef Elvis), said the festival has thrived on consistency and community support.
