Wilda’s Football Academy Welcomes 12 New Players in Grand Signing Ceremony

Wilda’s Football Academy, a sister agency of Super Impact Sport Management, officially signed 12 talented players in a ceremony held at its head office on Zarmaganda Rayfield Road, Choice Plaza, Jos. The event brought together dignitaries, top coaches, and club representatives from whose teams the players were selected.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Williams Aniyi Olarewaju, the CEO and founder of Super Impact Sport Management, highlighted the rigorous selection process.

“Players are carefully screened with the consent of their coaches and guardians. Our aim is to train and build players to excel in any league worldwide,” he stated.

The academy is renowned for its top-tier coaches, technical advisers, and supporting staff, all committed to providing holistic training and ensuring players’ welfare. A professional medical team is also on hand to conduct medical screenings and fitness tests before players are admitted.

Dr. Olarewaju emphasized the broader mission of Super Impact Sport Management, which collaborates with reputable football agencies globally to scout, train, and facilitate the careers of young talents.

“We work with scouts from Europe, America, Asia, and Nigeria to identify potential players. Wilda’s Football Academy serves as a breeding ground for these talents, transforming them into career-ready professionals,” he explained.

Edward Bewarang, the Sports Director of Wilda’s Football Academy, reiterated the academy’s commitment to foundational training using modern techniques.

“We develop players to meet international standards. These young talents represent the future, and with the right training, their path becomes natural,” he said.

Technical Adviser Olukolade Ababade expressed his gratitude to Dr. Olarewaju for creating opportunities for young players.

“This initiative gives young talents a platform to pursue their dreams. The training here is of international quality, guided by high-profile coaches and ex-internationals,” he remarked.

Coaches from various clubs praised the academy for its transparent selection process.

Jatau Bitrus, coach of Flying Stars Jingri, described the process as explicit and credible, ensuring fair opportunities for the players.

Similarly, Luka Istifanus (JP) of Morning Star Football Academy in Lere Local Government Area lauded the professionalism and sincerity of Wilda’s management.

The newly signed players shared their excitement and gratitude. Philemon Benjamin, one of the players, said, “Being at Wilda’s Football Academy has greatly enhanced my technical skills. The training is top-notch, and we are motivated to achieve our dreams of playing professionally.”
