A deadly attack by gunmen in Adu Village, located in the Kwal District of Bassa Local Government Area in Plateau State, left eight individuals confirmed dead on Monday, disrupting local celebrations of Nigeria’s 63rd anniversary, according to Nuhu Bitrus, the spokesperson for the Miango Youths Development Association.
Bitrus verified the tragic incident , stating that the assault occurred around 9 pm on Sunday, leaving the community in a state of mourning.
